Hillsboro Fire Chief Jerry Powell said investigators are looking into tips that some teenagers were seen running from the lot just before the fire. HILLSBORO, Ohio -- The fire chief in Hillsboro said a blaze that gutted one of the city's landmarks appears suspicious. "It's going to smolder, burn, continue," Powell said. It took 800,000 gallons of water to put out the fire. "When you have that much fire, that much heat, that's what's going to happen. The study, done at the University of Colorado in Boulder, saw researchers test surfaces in 12 bathrooms on the university campus to look for microbes. Gut bacteria -- the type of bugs that live in the human gastrointestinal tracts -- were even found on the handles of bathroom exits, a dead giveaway that not everyone is following Mom's advice.
