What bowling ball should i get for my next ball?
I currently only have 2 bowling balls, A Spare ball and A Brunswick Twisted Fury... currently the alley i bowl at i CANNOT get my twisted fury to hook back into the pocket. Twisted Fury is a Medium-Oily ball.
Well you would want a heavy oil ball if you are looking to buy a new ball for better hook.
<3 Myself . Yay ME !
Well , I am a bowler too and I currently is using a Brunswick Activator 7 and it works for me for almost all lane conditions . If your twisted fury cannot hook back , try shifting your position .
Michael M
I would definitely try sanding the surface of your Twisted Fury first and possibly getting it plugged and redrilled with an exotic drilling to max out it's hook potential.

The History Of America Through A Technology Lens - Chapter 3
The Colt 45 was so popular, that in Texas alone, there were millions of them during the late 19th century (Texas still averages two guns per citizen or 32 million guns). A rail worker turned inventor used the railway and the telegraph to sell and distribute pocket watches, which now were important due to syncing up train arrivals and departures. And that story not only bridges the tales of American people, wars, economics and culture. An intercontinental railway required building tunnels through the mountains of the American West. The telegraph was used to place orders and the railway to deliver orders. pBut I believe that the 235+ year history of the United States is best told through a tale of technology. Nitroglycerin was seven times more powerful than the gun powder used to build the Erie Canal. The intercontinental railway forced the United States to invent the notion of four time zones. There are tales of American wars. There are tales ofp American people. There are tales of......

It is within these children the requests to get rolling on identifying and storytelling about the past in their lives have fallen upon me. I understand, as once my memory leaves this world there will be many questions forever unanswered. Boxes and scrap books are being emptied as I begin my long procrastinated project of sorting through jillions of not only family photos but news paper clippings, announcements and other memorabilia. Each item, no matter its shape or size represents a person, place or time wrapped in a memory which in turns generates laughter, wonder or tears. Even the contents of my small safe are on the agenda. Within its fireproof walls are ancient coins, passports, watches, rings and other doodads. I know, as after my mother’s death back in the eighties I suddenly realized how much information she had taken with her that I no longer could research. Read more »
Is That a Time Machine in Your Pocket, or Are You Just Happy to See a New iPod ...
25.02.12
And here I am, sincerely inviting you to share this unique feeling with me. With your support, not only can we make this iPW a reality, but we may also, and this is just a hope, bring the idea of the pocket watch back to life. Obsolescence aside, the wrist is (or was) just one of at least two appropriate locations for a personal chronometer, and Melbourne-based designer Edwin Conan prefers the nostalgic appeal of the original place: in the pocket. Every time I pull it out to check time, it feels like I've actually traveled back in time and the world become black and white. Well, it's almost a first: an industrial designer is poised to redefine product design by using a crowdfunding platform to launch his killer timepiece-inspired accessory for an iPod Nano. I have been wearing this very pocket watch everyday. it goes in your pocket. it is also a time machine. Read more »

Gold, Silver, and the New Opium Wars
15.11.11
Watching the global currency markets right now is like watching a horse race nobody wants to win. In this universe, strength is weakness and weakness is strength. A strong yen makes Japanese exports more expensive. The yen has indirectly benefitted from the weak euro and chronically sick US dollar. The closer a currency gets to the lead (world's strongest) the more its jockey (the central bank) does to slow it down. But "benefitted" is the wrong word in our bizzaro currency universe. And as we come down the home stretch of the competitive currency devaluation sweepstakes, it wouldn't surprise if one of the jockeys took out a shotgun and blasted his mount away. Japan's whole trade and economic strategy is based on strong exports. Read more »

6/1 - Lori, Doom
Still Not Eating sushi, Doom waves away the uneasy chattering of one of the San Francisco officials who is trying so very hard to put a semblance of normalcy on over the rather strange visit. Attended by an official delegation, he has sushi, which he is not eating. There is a crowd around a food truck. It is a pretty inordinately large crowd, even for the most delicious of food trucks. He says, "Begone," like he is the dictator of some tiny country where he is used to people slavishly obeying him, and the guy begones in brief retreat....
