Hillsboro Fire Chief Jerry Powell said investigators are looking into tips that some teenagers were seen running from the lot just before the fire. HILLSBORO, Ohio -- The fire chief in Hillsboro said a blaze that gutted one of the city's landmarks appears suspicious. "It's going to smolder, burn, continue," Powell said.
