This New Mexico Elk hunt would give a youth the opportunity to hunt in 1 of initial New Mexico hunting units. Don thought it would be a great concept if some of these kids could get the chance to go on a fully guided trophy New Mexico Elk Hunt as in the previous they had primarily been restricted to birds and/or doe hunts.
